Before placing an order, you can clearly review our minimum quantities, payment, packaging, shipping, and support processes on this page.
- Minimum order: The minimum quantity required to place an order is 30 pieces.
- Mixed orders: There is no requirement to buy by full series. You can create mixed orders from the models on our website in the colors and quantities you prefer.
- Price policy: Current wholesale prices range from 60 ₺ to 900 ₺. You can review details on our catalog page.
- Order channels: Orders can only be created through www.beyazittoptan.com. Product selection and order processing are not handled through Telegram or Instagram.
- VAT information: VAT is not included in the prices on our website. The VAT rate for the bag category is 10%.

Packaging and stock status
- Exact product guarantee: The exact model and color you select in your order will be sent to you.
- Protected delivery: All products leaving our warehouse are packaged protected and wrapped. Open products are not shipped.
- Stock and color shortages: Due to our daily dispatch volume of 1000 - 1500 pieces, some colors may be sold out. In that case, only your in-stock products are packed; you are informed about missing colors, and no different color or model is added to your order.
Shipping and delivery process
- Cargo companies: We work with Aras Kargo for bank transfer/EFT orders and Sürat Kargo for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Bank transfer discount: The shipping fee for bank transfer orders is 50% more affordable compared with cash on delivery.
- Cargo tracking: On the evening of the day your order is handed to cargo, tracking information is sent by SMS to the phone number in the system.
- Cash-on-delivery limit: With this method, a single order can be placed for a maximum of 10,000 ₺.

Important information: These are approximate amounts. The final shipping fee varies by the package dimensional weight, volume, and dimensions.
First orders, assurance, and customer support
- Deposit policy (for new customers): For customers working with us for the first time, a 1,000 ₺ deposit is taken to prevent arbitrary cancellations and logistics losses. When your order is prepared, this amount is deducted from the total price, a video of your package is sent to you, and then your cargo is dispatched.
- Transparent trade: New customers who have trust concerns can video call our warehouse during working hours or request a live video of the packaging process.

Quality control and after-sales support
- Quality control: Our products are carefully visually checked through the wrapping while being packed. To preserve originality, packages are not opened for zipper control.
- After-sales support: If you experience a manufacturing or zipper-related issue after delivery, you can contact us through our WhatsApp support line. A solution will be provided quickly.
International shipping
- Minimum order: For international orders, the minimum quantity is 100 pieces.
- Experience: We have shipped to more than 50 countries to date. If you do not have an agreed cargo company, we can share the contact details of our referenced cargo companies.
